  • How much does it cost to open a store?

    The cost to open a new store including franchise, along with partnership fees is approximately £95000 for an average sized store.

  • Can I open more than one store?

    Depending on your performance, yes. However, we do prefer you to own your first store for 12 months before opening more

  • Can I set up a franchise in my own property?

    Yes, providing the property is located in the right spot and it has to be at least 10 minutes drive from our other stores

  • Do I get any help with accountancy and legal stuff?

    Yes, you can use our accountancy and legal firm who have been working with us since 1995 and have the best knowledge of our business. They can help you with all of your accountancy and legal work if you wish.

  • What kind of training do I get?

    You will get full training, the majority of which is in store in Manchester. You will get full training including basic food and hygiene certification and full training certificates.

  • How much stock do I need to open a store?

    Approximately £3000 but it could be more depending on the size and location of the store.

  • Can I run my franchise by management not getting involved

    We need partners who are dedicated and want to work. You will be expected to get involved in the business and be hands on.

  • How long is a franchise agreement and is there a fee to renew my franchise?

    The franchise agreement is for 10 years and after that period it can be renewed free of charge.

  • Can you raise finance for me?

    Yes, we have partnered with a finance company that specialises in arranging finance for franchisees. They have a 95% success rate in raising finance and are members of the British Franchise Association. As a guide you need 30% of your own funds and the remaining 70% can be funded through one of the finance companies or banks that we can recommend.

  • Will I be able to sell my business in the future?

    Yes, providing the new owners are or will become one of our approved franchisees.
